First Nations languages on the map: handling small numbers with care

Small numbers are easy to round away. For First Nations languages, rounding away is the opposite of the point.
A count of a few dozen speakers in a region can represent a language holding on, or coming back. Presenting it as a rounding error erases exactly the story the data should carry.
We treat these counts with care: shown, contextualised, and never reduced to a footnote under the larger community languages.
