Measuring cultural adaptation, not just accuracy

Accuracy tells you whether a translation is correct. It does not tell you whether it works.
We have fifteen years of human-reviewed output to learn from, and it points to a set of signals that accuracy scores miss entirely: register, cultural fit, and how a reader actually responds.
This is an early framework for scoring those signals. It is a draft, shared so the field can pull it apart and make it better.
